As the main gate swings open and you capture sight of graceful Villa Vittoriana, with those exotic palm trees right in front the main entrance, you get just a first taste of the charm and elegance you are about to discover. The striking pool, looking up to that comfortable hammock suspended under the cool shade of palm trees is so much tempting. Reluctantly, you leave the spectacular pool area and garden to get inside. Property details
The property is on two levels and features elegant vaulted ceilings in every room. The entrance hall accesses a large living area with open fireplace, comfortable sofas and a TV-set. A white arch, adorned with beautiful majolica tiles, separates the living room from a finely furnished dining area. The kitchen – fully equipped and with a large dining table – is just off the living area. Ample French windows in the living rooms and in the kitchen overlook the pool and the garden. Out of the kitchen, a corridor leads to a pantry room and to two comfortable bathrooms with shower. Crossing the dining room is a spacious double bedroom with an ample window.
Up a marvellous staircase to the first floor, where a bright sitting area – ideal for a chat while sitting down on comfortable elegant sofas – separates the bedrooms from the living areas. Continuing through into the sleeping quarters consists of three double bedrooms with bright balconies and a bathroom with a spectacular Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Crossing the bathroom is an indoor gym with training equipment (the sauna is located downstairs, just in front the pool).
The pool area is supplied with stylish deckchairs, tables and patio umbrellas, the perfect spot to enjoy a cool aperitif or simply to relax poolside. The private garden all around the pool area has perfect kept lawn, suggestive pines and palm trees as well as lush hedge shrubs.

Villa Vittoriana is located in Milazzo, the closest point in Sicily to reach the Aeolian Islands. Milazzo is a lively seaside village situated between Messina and Palermo. Capo D’Orlando and Brolo are a couple of charming little villages on the sea with long, spectacular sandy beaches where to spend long lazy days swimming and sunbathing. Tindari, an important archaeological Greek city set on a promontory overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, is one of the most suggestive places all over Sicily for the incredible shapes formed by the turquoise blue lagoon against white sands just below it. The Nebrodi Mountains, instituted National Park in 1993, boast panoramic views and plenty of suggestive lakes, making it the perfect spot for walking and hiking.
