From the main gate, soon the blue sea in front and - surprise! – the blue spa embedded in the sundeck at the end of the terrace exercise their appeal. What a wonderful time sipping a cocktail in the afternoon, or at night, under a billion stars, with the blue sea of South-Eastern Sicily on the background and the warm bubbling water of the spa smoothly massaging your body! Can you imagine anything more relaxing?
Entering the property you will be welcomed by a pretty entrance, with a table and two benches, where you can sit and watch TV. A few steps ahead the modern indoor kitchen welcomes you with its light colours. Going ahead, you can find two double bedrooms with modern furniture and a bathroom with shower. From both the bedrooms you can walk to the covered terrace, comfortably furnished to have your meals outdoors and watch the sea and the coast right in front. From a private passage through the houses you can reach the near beach literally in one minute! Can you think anything more comfortable? A few steps through the garden separate you from another part of the house, hosting a quiet double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, both painted in a light and soothing blue colour. Next to this spot you can find a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning oven - so you can try and make pizza, if you wish - and the laundry corner.

Area details
The property can be the basis for several interesting excursions. Syracuse is the most obvious one, with its mixture of monuments from different times - from the Greek and Roman era to the XVII century and its baroque style. Noto is a short distance as well, and the trip to this baroque jewel – a proper stone garden, as it has been rightly defined – we strongly recommend, since it’s one of the Sicilian historical centres included by UNESCO in the list of World Heritage sites. If you feel like driving a little bit, Ragusa Ibla is another place to visit, with its characteristic morphology and the stateliness of its monuments. If you fancy a naturalistic trip, Vendicari Nature Reserve is the right place, with its sandy dunes, clear light blue waters, and characteristic fauna.
