The property is located in the town of Menfi, renowned for being one of the greatest area for the production of wine, at 5 minutes drive from the sandy beach of Portopalo, one of the most beautiful in Sicily, shops and restaurants are at easy driving distance.
Outside the gorgeous villa, green lawns everywhere, a wide furnished barbecue area – and a stunning swimming pool with hydrojet & chromatic lights... a great atmosphere when the nights comes! On the front terrace, facing the swimming pool - a lovely shady sitting area, where you’ll surely enjoy alfresco dining with your partner.
Entering the villa, a simple and gorgeous furniture fills up the living/dining room. On your left hand-side the fitted kitchen, and the stylish bathroom with shower. On the opposite side a lovely and spacious double bedroom and a bunk bedroom for the boys, overlooking the stunning pool and garden outside.
Area details
All kind of shops, restaurants, cafés and sport facilities are available in Menfi. If you look for a sun & sea holiday, the town has both public beaches and fully equipped lidos. The sea & sandy beach of Portopalo, 5min drive from the villa, have been voted in 2010 as one of the four "Bandiere Blu" in Sicily (the 4 Sicily best sea & beaches). We recommend a visit to both Selinunte and Sciacca, including the unique Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. A trip through the rough & sunny Western Sicily is a must if you wish to see rural Sicily and its characteristic scenario.
