Leaving the highway, you cannot help but turning your head and look at the smooth green hills surrounding the property area. Just above the gate, Mount Pellegrino looms friendly above you.
Enter the property, and you will soon feel immersed in the green peaceful atmosphere of the place. Go explore the ground floor, and its wide swimming pool and comfortable solarium with their crown of friendly palms and cactuses will welcome you into a nest of peace. A shaded terrace with a large table for alfresco dining introduces you inside, with a wide double bedroom facing the terrace, a bathroom with both tub and shower, an elegant dining room for up to 14 people, a nice fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a service room with cupboards, microwave oven and refrigerator, a laundry with washing machine and a tiny toilet.
An elegant wooden staircase leads you to the 1st floor, accessible from the main entrance, and opening on a spacious bright living room, whose comfortable sofas, flat-screen satellite TV and hi-fi stereo will suggest you moments of intimate relaxation. On this floor you will also find 2 wide and bright double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a short corridor with wardrobe, a small double bedroom with twin beds, and a terrace running round the house, with a nice furnished spot on one side to relax in the cool summer evening.
Another ramp of the wooden staircase leads you to the 2nd floor, where a romantic double bedroom with marble fireplace, slanting ceiling and small windows will catch your attention; this floor also has a spacious bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, a double bedroom facing the swimming pool with en-suite wardrobe-room, a bathroom with shower, and a cosy relax corner, where you can sit reading, meditating, or just looking over the large pool area from a huge window.

Olivetana is located in Partanna-Mondello, within an elegant residential area a few km from Palermo centre. Thanks to its proximity with both Mondello beach and the rocky coast of Capo Gallo Natural Reserve it is the right place for sea-and-sun-bathing lovers. Everything you may need is at a stone’s throw in Partanna, about 500m away, a supermarket is right in front of the external gate, and bars, discos, night clubs and fish restaurants are very close, in Sferracavallo and Mondello, both within 1 km from the property. You can plan lots of excursions from here: Palermo and Monreale, but also Cefalù or Ustica - a little isle off Palermo shore - the Greek temples of Segesta, Selinunte or Agrigento, the medieval little town of Erice, Scopello and the Zingaro Natural Reserve, the Roman Villa del Casale in Piazza Armerina, each of them reachable on one-day trips.

Should you need more than 12 sleeps, the owner can also offer you a lovely self-contained dépendance located just by the pool, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that can be rented on request.
The swimming pool is open to guests all year round.
