Booking procedures
Visit our website, take a look at our catalogues, and choose the residence/s you are interested in. Click on the “prices & details” button, add it/them to your “shortlist” function and send the list to us. Tell us everything about you and the members of your group, if you wish our advice about a trip to Sicily. We will hold options on bookings for two-five days, depending on the place you choose, so you have time to contact the members of your group.

From this moment we will take you through the booking process:

Bookings more than 60 days before arrival date:

Step 1. We will send you our ‘soloBooking Form’ (by e-mail or fax, as you prefer), with the information agreed with you and our bank account details. Print it out, read it carefully, check the information on the booking form, complete it, sign it and fax it back to us. You will be requested your credit card details only for “soloPayinLoco Properties”, and they will be passed on to the “soloPayinLoco Property” you have selected.

Step 2. You will make a 30% deposit of the price by bank transfer or cheque, in order to secure your booking.

Step 3. We will send you a confirmation invoice (by e-mail, fax or mail as you prefer) with the payment you made so far.

Step 4. You will complete full balance payment 60 days before arrival date, by bank transfer or cheque. For “soloPayinLoco Properties” you will be requested to pay full balance directly at the property on checking-out.

Step 5. We will send you our “soloSicily e-Travel Pack” including: paid invoice, accommodation vouchers, detailed directions to the selected property, the “Property Instructions Handbook” and our “e-soloMini Travel Guide”: a useful mini travel guide with places of interest, photos and descriptions, a selection of the best Sicilian restaurants, useful telephone numbers and all the relevant information regarding your holiday in Sicily.

Bookings less than 60 days before arrival date:

Step 1. We will send you our ‘soloBooking Form’ (by e-mail or fax, as you prefer), a form with the information agreed with you and our bank account details. Print it out, read it carefully, check the information on the booking form, complete it, sign it and fax it back to us. You will be requested your credit card details only for “soloPayinLoco Properties”, which will be passed on to the “soloPayinLoco Property” you have selected.

Step 2. You will make full payment of the price by bank transfer or cheque. For “soloPayinLoco Properties” you will be requested to pay a deposit to us in advance, and the full balance directly at the property on checking-out.

Step 3. We will send you our “soloSicily e-Travel Pack” including: paid invoice, accommodation vouchers, detailed directions to the selected property, the “Property Instructions Handbook” and our “e-soloMini Travel Guide”: a useful mini travel guide with places of interest, photos and descriptions, a selection of the best Sicilian restaurants, useful telephone numbers and all the relevant information regarding your holiday in Sicily.

Payment methods
You may pay the cost of your stay by bank transfer or cheque made out to “soloTravelling”. Our bank account details are listed on the soloBooking Form.

Security Deposit
Owners require a deposit to refund unpaid bills and damages you might cause. Therefore, soon after your arrival at the property, you will be requested a Security Deposit with the maximum amount specified on the soloBooking Form. (see details on Terms and Conditions point 2.1).
