Overview
Scopello opens its heavenly gates with an opulent beauty, a blend of hills, sea, countryside. An immense wildlife reserve I can’t take my eyes off. The Mediterranean Sea bewitches my senses while the sun smiles at me. “Welcome to Scopello…” I hear someone whisper, the voice of the Mermaids, keeping an eye on this charming corner.
Property details
The property stands at the edge of the Zingaro wildlife nature reserve, at walking distance from Scopello's unspoilt sea. The villa, initially an old ruin, is completely refurbished thanks to the full commitment of its owner. An old centenarian carob tree is the king of the garden and stands just in front of the main entrance. The front garden includes an elegantly furnished outdoor space with sofas and an hammock, a big outer table is in front of a cosy swimming pool for hot summer days. The villa stands on one floor. Inside, an ample living room painted in warm colours and brighten up by the kitchen’s ceramics, create such a perfect harmony, emphasized by a careful attention for details.
