The villa is on two levels and is accessed through a covered furnished terrace leading inside to an inviting, tastefully refurbished living area with comfortable sofas and open fire-place. Next to, is a bright fully equipped kitchen while, opposite, a corridor that leads to a double bedroom with French windows overlooking the garden and to a bathroom with shower. Heading back to the living room, an elegant staircase leads upstairs to the rest of the sleeping quarter consisting of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and French windows with access to seafront panoramic terraces with views of the spectacular bay. The pool area on the back is finely furnished with patio umbrellas, comfortable deckchairs and tables, a great relaxing corner for swimming or reading while enjoying striking panoramic views or simply to sip alfresco aperitifs poolside. Oro Blu is located in Trabia, a charming coastal seaside village set between Palermo and Cefalù. Its small fishing port with plenty of excellent seafront restaurants is a must see while exploring the area close to the property. Termini Imerese, a seafront town popular for its large Roman baths and aqueducts, is merely a short drive away. The villa is also well situated for visiting the Madonie Mountains, a series of high rocky peaks with lush wooded lands offering great walking hikes and enchanting little mountain villages. Cefalù, with its charm, ancient monuments and wonderful beaches, is just a short drive away from the villa. Palermo, with its Norman buildings, Arab palaces and lively local markets is just a 15 min drive away.

The property is a semi-detached villa with independent entrance, garden and exclusive pool. The owners occupying the other side are very discreet, quiet and live there only in August. The pool is of exclusive use of Oro Blu's guests. The villa offers total privacy and seclusion.
