After crossing the Sicilian countryside with its olives, almond trees prickly pear trees, the road leads to this jewel of architectural perfection.
Outside, a Jacuzzi stands in front of the sea, the garden offers you a wide range of Sicilian typical spices to enrich your meals with. Small palm trees in harmony with the simple and functional countryside style of the property, nicely combined with the patio, where an open kitchen is available. An external furnished veranda let you live most of the daily life in an outer comfortable area. A multi jet shower is at the back of the house; here, the laundry area too.
This is a two level villa. On the ground floor, you literary feel as if the sea enters inside the house. Blue and light blue are the leit motive of the living room design. Paintings on the wall smell of sea, it tells me about Ulysses …. A classic bathroom and one bedroom complete the ground floor. A light green brass headboard dominates the bedroom, provided with a big wardrobe. The external access to the upper floor leads inside a two bedroom “doll – like” area. The simple and welcoming style, the wood ceiling beams make me wonder if I suddenly am in a mountain chalet. I see hills from the window, the eucalyptus are guardians of my peace. A bathroom is available. Nearly 200mt away from the property, a private pebbles beach waits for you.

The Mediterranean countryside is the stage of this never ending show, a stunning landscape of sea and wild nature. The Zingaro reserve is few minutes away and the Medieval Scopello borough is not far either. A daily trip to Mozia is recommended; a tiny lovely island that you can only reach by boat. The ghosts of the past Phoenix culture are by your side along the archaeological remains of the old town. The Egadi Islands are easily reachable from Trapani, specially Favignana, that even Homer described in his Epic poem as one of Ulysses stops. If you want to know what Orient tastes like, San Vito welcomes you with plenty of cous cous, a typical Arabic meal made of fish, meat or vegetables with aromatic herbs. The beach of fine sand is a must once you come to San Vito.
