Property details
Entering the property you'll be welcomed by a cozy and spacious living room with fireplace - also equipped with a fantastic home theatre system boasting over 400 films in Italian, English and German - and hosting an unusual contemporary art gallery. The sleeping quarter consists of 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom: the 4 sleeps "Cracking Room" - decorated with works by the so-called "Cracking Art" artists, the "Alazraky Room" - dedicated to the Israel artist Betty Alazraky - and the 4 sleeps "Richardson Room" - Farm Campagna's love nest, where children are not admitted - dedicated to the contemporary artist Terry Richardson. Finally, you'll find a restaurant/dining room with view on the garden, where you can dine close to the exclusive red swimming pool - there are only 3 in the world! - surrounded by ancient palm trees.
The first floor hosts 2 suites with en-suite bathroom: the "Andrea Room" - with terrace overlooking the internal courtyard, living room and mezzanine with reading corner - and the 4 sleeps "Ercole Room", with living room equipped with double sofa bed and mezzanine with double bed.
Outside, the renewed former stables host other 2 suites with private courtyard: the "Damato Room" and the "Uwe Room", which can accommodate up to 4 people and is dedicated to the Austrian artist Uwe Jaentsch.
A separate building of the estate - that you reach from the garden and the swimming pool - host the "Casablanca Room", which can accommodate up to 4 people and is dedicated to the Italo-American artist Vanessa Beecroft.
Area details
Farm Campagna is located near Butera, within a 200-hectares country estate, with splendid vineyards surounded by rolling hills. From here, with short drives, you can virtually reach any corner of central-eastern Sicily. For example, the not so crowded beaches of Gela and Licata on the Mediterranean Coast are reachable with a 30min drive. The Valley of the Temples in Agrigento is at just 1 hr drive. The mosaics of the Roman Villa del Casale in Piazza Armerina and the Museum of Ceramics in Caltagirone are also at a short distance, as well as the most representative towns of Sicilian Baroque: Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Noto, Scicli. With a longer drive you can reach Syracuse, the famous former Greek colony, with its imposing archaeological park and the precious baroque monuments on Ortigia isle.

Most of the contemporary art works on display are for sale.
At the villa you can find a wide range of services on request: cooking lessons, guided tours of the Princes of Butera's winery with wine and cheese tasting for € 15.00 per person, car rental and transfer service, wedding receptions and mountain bike guided excursions.
Pets are welcome.
The swimming pool is open to guests from March 29th to October 30th.
