A wow-factor panoramic terrace – well furnished with a wooden table, chairs and sundecks – is ideal for soaking up the sun and relaxing in full privacy. Enjoy al fresco meals under a shady pergola with spectacular views on the background. Inside, Sea Gate's accommodation includes a bright living area with an open-fireplace, a comfortable table with chairs and a cosy kitchenette on the left. On the right, is a double bedroom with a front full-length window overlooking the sea and screened by lush shrubs. Opposite the living room, a corridor leads to a twin bedroom (convertible into double) with a wonderful French window opening to the villa front patio and to a comfortable bathroom with shower. From the kitchenette, a staircase leads to a mezzanine level with beamed ceiling above, furnished with a yellow double bedroom and closet. The pool area, surrounded by a large solarium, is set in a stunning position with great views over the grove and sea underneath.
Close to the outdoor patio, a barbecue area is the ideal setting to gather outside with your friends and family.

Sea Gate is located in Eraclea Minoa a wonderful tourist area boasting a long beach marked by a white tall cliff as well as an important archaeological site. The stunning Agrigento Valley of the Temples is at 40 minutes drive, while Rocco Forte Golf Resort is at just 20 minutes drive. The sandy beache is at just 10 minutes walk, while Sciacca – one of the most visited among Sicily southern towns – is at just 20 minutes drive. Caltabellotta churches and sanctuaries carved in the rock surely worth a visit.

To explore Eraclea Minoa beautiful coast, you can rent a 5,5 mt speedboat from Sea Gate's owner moored in Sciacca harbour (20 min. drive) accommodating up to 6 people.
Since, even in the hot summer - thanks to the house position above the pinewood of Eraclea Minoa - Sea Gate is usually very cool, air conditioning is unnecessary.
