Overview

Sea Breeze consists in the ground floor of a two-storey building within a nice and peaceful residential area. Entering the house from the furnished front terrace – from where you may enjoy a gorgeous view of Mondello Bay, Mount Pellegrino and the whole of Palermo, up to the mountains to the north – you will soon imagine cool evenings spent in quiet conversations or just relaxing with a cool drink in your hand. Thanks to its high position, this corner of Mondello is actually very quiet, and you can hardly hear any noise coming from the centre and the beach, though you can reach both of them in just 5 minutes drive.
Entering the house, you will find a nice and bright veranda, where you can comfortably sit for a good reading or just listen to your favourite music and admire the sight. On the left, a door introduces you to a spacious, shining living room, with essential modern furniture. Suddenly a white, cool, summer atmosphere wraps you in its refreshing charm. It’s so homely and cute here! In this room you can find air conditioning, satellite TV, Dvd, stereo radio and internet connection.
From the left door of the living room, you can enter the modern fully-fitted kitchen and the back veranda, which is also equipped as laundry area, while the right door introduces you to the bedrooms: a nice twin - with a bathroom with shower next door - and a double with en-suite bathroom with tub. Both the rooms have modern light-coloured furniture and are very quiet, so you can sleep until late without being disturbed, if you wish.

During your stay, we warmly suggest you to have a tasty dinner with our good fish and wine in one of the innumerable typical restaurants, and you cannot miss our legendary Sicilian ice-creams and fruit water-ice. Happiness you may also find in the little pleasures of daily life, and we Sicilians know that very well. If you are interested in arts and history, you can reach Palermo and its rich historical centre - included by the Unesco in the World Artistic Heritage – in 15 minutes drive. We also suggest you a trip to Monreale and its unique Cathedral, 15 minutes drive from Palermo centre. You can also reach the charming medieval town of Erice or the Greek temple of Segesta in about 1 hour drive, or pop over to the pretty characteristic Cefalù in 40-minute drive.
