Offering beautiful views of the coastline and the sea, Leticia lush Mediterranean garden shows you the way to a stone path leading to the villa shady patio amid colourful flowerbeds and palm trees. Inside, an ample open plan sitting room, filled with comfortable blue sofas, is lightened up by two windows with views of the sea. The sitting area is joined via an archway to a fully-furnished home-made kitchen featuring lovely colourful tiles and a toilet/wc. A cosy corridor on the left, conducts to the villa sleeping quartet, consisting of a bright double bedroom filled with tasty wooden furniture and a lovely bedroom with a bunk bed, supplied by a comfortable bathroom with shower set across both bedrooms. Outside, two covered furnished terraces overlook the sea: the one right behind the entrance includes a barbecue area as well as an outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired oven, ideal to bake delicious Sicilian pizza! The other one, set on the villa front, entices to sit down on comfortable benches and chat happily admiring the wonderful garden and sea while sipping a cold aperitif. From there, a stone path leads to a beautiful pool/Jacuzzi area featuring a solarium adorned with cushy sun-beds and deckchairs, ideal to relax soaking up the sun. The pool area keeps a surprise in store: the suggestive sheer foothill above, has light bulbs installed all over, so you can lighten it up at night and evoke unique atmospheres poolside!
Behind the pool area, is a fully fitted dependance consisting of a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, equipped with air conditioning, TV set and DVD player.
The villa also has a pantry room, an outdoor shower as well as an ample parking.

Leticia is located in Scopello, a wonderful feudal village rising on the coast amid Castellammare del Golfo and San Vito Lo Capo. Castellammare del Golfo is particularly popular for plenty of excellent fish restaurants open all year round while the lively town of San Vito Lo Capo boasts fabulous white sandy beaches. Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve featuring enchanting bays, grottos and crystalline waters, is also a short drive away. Trapani and Erice surely worth a visit, as well as the Aegadian Islands, easily reachable from Trapani harbour by ferry boat or by hydrofoil. The salt pans between Trapani and Marsala as well as the famous Marsala wineries at are also within a short drive. Don’t miss visiting Segesta and Selinunte archaeological sites with their stunning Greek temples and ruins.
Additional Information
The private pool/Jacuzzi open to guests from 7th April to 26th October. The pool is available out of season for an additional charge of € 120 per week.
