The main entrance takes you into a bright, spacious living area with comfortable sofas, open fire-place and TV-set. The living room has ample French windows that open out to the pool and the garden. Opposite the living area, is a small single bedroom while, on the left, a corridor leads to the rest of the sleeping quarter consisting of two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The sleeping area has an ample bathroom with shower too. All bedrooms have bright French windows overlooking the pool area. From the corridor, a staircase leads you down to the basement including a fully equipped kitchen, an ample living area furnished with sofas, TV-set and a fantastic games room with table tennis and table football. The games room opens out to an outdoor terrace furnished with a dining table, chairs and a lawn swing. The basement area has a bathroom with shower and a comfortable pantry room with toilette equipped with washing machine. From the living area on the ground floor, a staircase leads upstairs to a second sleeping quarter consisting of two stylish double bedrooms and a bathroom with tube. All indoor spaces, including those in the basement, are very bright, comfortable and very well furnished.
Outside, a striking pool area is readily equipped with comfortable sun loungers, patio umbrellas and a useful outdoor shower. The property is surrounded by well-kept lawn and flowerbeds, an ideal place to relax and get the most out of its comfortable outdoor spaces. There is also a volleyball net installed on the back garden along with a basketball hoop.

Casa Vittoria is located in Pedara, a charming mounting village perched on the south-eastern flanks of Mount Etna. The town boasts a spectacular look as it is entirely built in black lava-stone and holds precious monuments and ancient churches.
The 18 hole Golf course Il Picciolo is just an easy drive while all other traditional lava-stone villages set at the foot of Mount Etna surely worth a visit. Naturalistic excursions along spectacular Alcantara Gorges with their fascinating canyons are warmly recommended as well as exciting guided tours of Etna craters. You certainly won't leave Sicily without visiting the unmissable Taormina with its Greek-Roman remains, fantastic sandy beaches and its popular Nature Reserve Isola Bella. Catania and Acireale with their impressive baroque architecture are within easy reach from Pedara and well worth a visit as well.
